At least that’s what it’s like for me. 

I try to think of stories or songs constantly, or else I create horrific nightmare scenarios in my head. I’ll be terrified of talking to teachers even if I know they only want to help, I’ll think that people hate me if they start being more quiet then usual…It can be crippling sometimes. It’s why I try to be as happy as I can with my friends. It helps to bury the anxiety, so I can ignore it.
